Hello Sir, can you help me one thing, I have a file of illustrator and all color in RGB with Bright Green also But I want to printing in Offset so when i change the to CMYK it is being low brightness, I know it wiil be happend but what is the best process to change RGB to CMYK with get closet value to print.

Nope. It doesn't fix it. I don't get the transparency out of my brush / pencil. Strokes even overwrite solid colors and make them transparent, functioning like the eraser. Layer modes were also not messed with. I have just no idea what this is if it is no glitch.
